Report a Strata Issue

Rules for reporting a strata issue

  1. Do not use people’s names, only titles. Eg. SCM (Strata Committee member)
  2. Do not state/accuse Strata or people of any misconduct until proven
  3. Use words as I think, it appears, in my opinion, etc. to describe  any unproven misconduct
  4.  No swearing, no writing in capitals, no threats, no racial comments, and no ranting  

What are we going to do with these issues?

  • Our goal is to keep a register of safety issues for each strata scheme.
  • These posts will be placed in a members-only section for review and comments
  • A report on the conduct of each strata scheme will be produced and made public
