These NSW Strata companies based on our user’s feedback use unethical & illegal methods to stop, control or run lot owners out of money. These companies have not finalised, resolved, or apologised for their actions & as a result remain on this list.
The below issues are not restricted to the following:
BCS Strata Management
- Run illegal proceedings against owners in Local & Federal Court
- Refuse access to CCTV when owners are assaulted on common property
- Refuse access to strata committee meetings
- Use lawyers without owners’ corporation knowledge or approval
- Support strata committee to bully & illegally attack owners via court proceedings
- Mute owners at AGM without warning or legal basis
- Falsely claim lots owe debts
- Prepared to write false & misleading statements to court for unethical & illegal proceedings against lot owners
- Make false police statements to NSW police against lot owners
- Illegally allow lockout of owners from their property
- Issue fake by-law breaches
- Evidence of laundering money in owners corporation bank account without accounting for huge deposits
- Makeup crimes against lot owners on common property
- Hide renovations & costs in the scheme from owners
- Serious privacy breaches-give CCTV to other organizations of owners
Bright & Duggan
- Secretly set up strata committee by rigging system at AGM
- Work with developers who are unethical & do not disclose to owners their conflict of interest
- Steal owners items left on common property-some quite expensive items
- Allow strata managers to threaten owners who pose a risk to the company control in the scheme
- Rigg the voting to allow same strata members to be voted in who have not declared their conflict of interest
- Not interested in creating a community feel in any scheme, but the prime focus is to set up the system to allow their company to be voted in
- Falsify meeting notes to hide their illegal conduct

- Work closely with strata committee to take over managing scheme illegally
- Refuse access to CCTV when owners have been assaulted or claims of theft
- Block owners from contacting their office or communicating with the office/agent
- Rigg voting at AGM & SC meetings
